Dec. 1: A man reported that someone stole his ATM cash withdrawal from the ATM dispenser while he was distracted. The incident was reported at 1031 S. Military Tr.

Dec. 1: A victim reported that a man he knows as Greg stole his car. The incident was reported at 1421 NW 45 St.

Dec. 3: A person entered an open garage door at 832 SE 13 Ave. and stole a mountain bike.

Dec. 4: Someone stole a trailer with two motorcycles inside from the Extended Stay motel parking lot at 1200 SW 11 Way.

Dec. 4: A loss prevention officer reported that a former employee of Target at 3599 W. Hillsboro Blvd. stole $5,759 worth of cell phones.

Nov. 17: A victim was going to perform painting services for a subject and placed his cell phone on an irrigation station outside the residence at 3111 NE 27 Ave. When he went to retrieve it, it was missing.

Nov. 17: A subject was trespassed from a property at 3780 NE 27 Ave.

Nov. 18: Witnesses said they saw a subject throw three pieces of an alligator out of a vehicle and there were also small packages that appeared to be ice in a canal near 4920 NE 25 Ave.

Nov. 21: A woman reported that someone accessed her online bank account and then fraudulently transferred more than $3,300 to two different accounts. The incident was reported at 4570 NE 1 Ave.

Nov. 21: A woman reported her home at 367 S. Federal Hwy. broken into and said that someone stole her purse with credit cards, a Canadian driver’s license and $200.

Nov. 21: A woman reported that her home at 850 NE 50 Ct. was broken into and an Xbox and laptop were stolen.

Nov. 21: A woman reported her bicycle stolen from 1959 SE 3 St.

Nov. 21: A man reported his vehicle stolen from 501 E. Sample Rd.

Nov. 15: An unsuspecting person received notification from three different entities that he was a victim of identity theft. A bank, DMV and the post office notified him in the 2800 block of NE 23 Ave. of suspicious activities.

Nov. 17: A subject attempted to take items and got into an altercation with the manager of the store at the 3580 block of N. Federal Hwy. who pushed him as he was attempting to recover those items. There was no loss of property.

Nov. 17: Someone opened fraudulent bank accounts in a victim’s name and attempted to change the bank account address from his address in the 2600 block of NE 24 St. The transactions amounted to $1,944.

Nov. 14: When a man gave a hitchhiker a ride, the hitchhiker pointed a gun at the driver and demanded to be taken to a warehouse. The gunman forced the driver to watch him and a young woman do drugs. The gunman then left. The incident was reported at 321 NW 3 Ave.

Nov. 14: A man reported that his former business partner used his personal credit card to pay an $859.24 phone bill. The incident was reported at 1015 E. Cypress Dr.

Nov. 14: A man who is now in police custody stole another man’s cell phone. The incident was reported at 2400 W. Atlantic Blvd.

Nov. 14: A man said two women attacked him with a board and stole his wallet with $80. The incident was reported at 321 NW 3 Ave.

Nov. 14: A woman reported her cell phone stolen and said she believes it was stolen by her friend’s grandson at 217 NE 23 Ave.

Nov. 8: The victim said he found the lights to his business at 2028 NE 36 St. on after it was closed the day before. He also discovered the computers were turned around and cables unplugged to an x-ray machine. The coffee maker was warm. The victim believes a former business owner may be responsible.

Nov. 8: The victim said boarding stairs were missing from a boat at 2701 NE 42 St. The victim was out of town since March.

Nov. 10: Police responded to a boat fire at 2421 NE 27 St. The victim said 30 minutes prior to the fire he had connected a battery to a charger. The victim attempted to put the fire out with a garden hose. The damage was estimated at $100,000.

Nov. 6: Someone broke into a car parked at 753 Siesta Key Cir. and stole a driver’s side airbag valued at $1,500.

Nov. 6: Someone broke into a car parked at 964 Siesta Key Dr. and stole an airbag and a wallet.

Nov. 8: Someone broke into Goval Auto Sales at 3991 N. Dixie Hwy. and stole a pressure cleaner and other tools.

Nov. 8: A man reported that someone stole his motor scooter from 174 SE 3 St.

Nov. 11: A man reported that his trailer at 875 NE 48 St. was broken into.

Nov. 1: Police responded to an alarm call stemming from the north garage and interior door at 2457 NE 26 St. It was discovered that an employee accidentally set it off. The interior was checked and the call was cleared.

Nov. 1: A phone was found at 2432 N. Federal Hwy. and turned over to police where it was placed into property.

Nov. 2: A witness observed a dog running around at 5001 NE 24 Ave. and called the police. A short time later, the witness called back to say the dog was with its owner.

Oct. 31: It was reported that wheels and tires were stolen from a vehicle parked in a back lot at King Hyundai at 1399 S. Federal Hwy.

Oct. 31: A man reported his scooter stolen from 959 SE 2 Ave.

Oct. 31: A man reported his car parked at 1041 SW 8 Ave., entered and an iPhone stolen.

Nov. 3: It was reported that a concrete saw owned by T & D Solutions was stolen from 790 NE 48 St.

Nov. 3: A man reported his home at 3801 Crystal Lake Dr. was burglarized.

Oct. 28: A subject was trespassed from the coin laundry at 1810 NE 25 St. after causing a disturbance.

Oct. 31: Police responded to a call at 3860 NE 24 Ave. concerning two subjects on skateboards smoking marijuana, but could not be located when police arrived.

Oct. 31: A victim said he lost his wallet in the Publix parking lot at 3700 N. Federal Hwy. The wallet contained several IDs for the victim and his mother, a green card, debit cards and a Florida driver’s license. The loss was $35.

Oct. 21: Someone entered a construction site storage container at 1802 W. Hillsboro Blvd., and stole tools and equipment.

Oct. 21: A loss prevention person reported that two men stole seven robotic vacuums from Target at 1200 S. Federal Hwy. The total loss was $2,173.

Oct. 22: Someone broke a $300 hurricane glass window at 1500 SE 14 Dr.

Oct. 23: A man said his vehicle parked at 915 SE 14 Ct. was entered and rummaged through.

Oct. 23: Someone stole a Ford F250 parked at 125 SE 5 Ct.

Oct. 13: The victim lost his city ID and city access card while performing work at a park and was unable to locate it at 2200 NE 24 St. Both were attached to a lanyard that he was wearing around his neck.

Oct. 22: The victim arrived for work and parked his 2014 Nissan Sentra in the south parking lot at 2450 N. Federal Hwy. The victim left the vehicle unlocked and a witness observed a male subject inside the vehicle and thought it was a co-worker. When the victim approached, the male subject fled the vehicle. Nothing appeared to be taken.

Oct. 25: A fast food restaurant employee said there were customers who were being verbally abusive and told they would not be served. After driving around to the drive-thru at 4800 N. Federal Hwy. a couple of times and engaging the employee in an argument, the subject threw a water bottle at the employee striking her in the cheek.

Oct. 17: It was reported that $27,950 worth of lawn equipment was stolen from GRC Landscaping at 4100 Powerline Rd.

Oct. 17: A woman reported that her home at 3385 SW 1 Ct. was burglarized.

Oct. 17: A man reported that his home at 4188 NW 5 Dr. was burglarized. Firearms, jewelry and more than $3,000 were stolen.

Oct. 18: Someone entered a car parked at 4131 NW 1 St. and stole a wallet with $10.

Oct. 18: Someone stole a car that had been parked at 424 Lock Rd.

Oct. 9: The victim at 2221 NE 40 Ct. received a message from someone claiming to be from Apple Care who said the victim’s iPad was hacked. The victim was told she would be reimbursed with $2,000 if she paid $1,400 in iTunes gift cards. After purchasing the gift cards, she was told she needed to provide more money on a credit card. The victim became suspicious and contacted police.

Oct. 9: Someone stole a license plate off a 1979 Kawasaki motorcycle at 4440 NE 29 Ave.

Oct. 12: Police responded to a smoke alarm fire at 3500 NE 31 Ave. The Fire Department was already on the scene. The garage door was open and Fire Dept. personnel were inside.

Oct. 7: A man reported his car stolen from 1865 S. Powerline Rd.

Oct. 10: A man reported his car stolen from 431 SE 13 Ct.

Oct. 10: It was reported that a generator was stolen from a construction site at 125 NW 7 Ct.

Oct. 10: A woman reported her home at 1431 SE 2 Terr. broken into and $2,000 worth of jewelry and a passport stolen.

Oct. 10: A man and woman were observed stealing items from Bealls at 1079 S. Federal Hwy.

Sept. 25: Police received an anonymous call regarding an open door and a truck in the driveway at a vacant home at 2200 NE 34 Ct. Police checked the interior of the residence but were unable to secure it because the garage door was blocked.

Sept. 25: The victim checked her bank account at 2800 N. Federal Hwy. and saw that $7,510 had been withdrawn from her account. It is unknown how the withdrawal had occurred.

Sept. 28: The victim returned home at 2120 NE 42 Ct. from the Keys to discover someone had stolen a handgun from a combination-locked briefcase. Nothing else was taken. The loss was $250.

Oct. 3: A man reported that another man assaulted him with a knife at 405 SW 13 Pl.

Oct. 3: A man and a woman were caught on camera stealing a Fitbit valued at $200 from Target at 3599 W. Hillsboro Blvd.

Oct. 3: A man reported his license plate stolen from his car parked at 4365 SW 10 Pl.

Oct. 3: A woman reported that her boyfriend punched her in the face at 200 NE 39 Ct.

Oct. 4: A man reported his bicycle stolen from 120 SW 3 Ave.

Sept. 15: The victim said someone opened a bank account in his name. The victim received bank cards from the account, but never activated them. 

Sept. 17: The victim received two bank cards in the mail; however, the victim stated he did not order them. He suspected he was the victim of fraud.

Sept. 23: The victim received an email message on his cell phone with a message that he needed to confirm his Apple iCloud account. He sent his name and social security number and then believed he was the victim of fraud. He contacted Apple and they confirmed they did not request information from him.

Sept. 26: Someone stole a generator from a food truck parked at 1680 W. Hillsboro Blvd.

Sept. 26: It was reported that there was a vehicle parked at 328 NW 43 Way and someone stole a handgun.

Sept. 26: A woman reported that her live-in boyfriend punched her in the face. The incident took place at 412 SW 10 Ct.

Sept. 26: A woman reported her car parked at 700 SW 11 Ct. was stolen. She believes the thief may have gotten the keys to the car earlier and used the key to steal the car.

Sept. 26: A man reported his home at 4910 NW 14 Terr. was broken into and two bicycles and his vehicle were stolen.

Sept. 14: The victim said her ex-husband damaged the hood on a 2007 Mazda with a piece of coral at the residence at 2101 NE 34 Ct. The victim said they did not argue and did not know why he committed the act.

Sept. 14: Police responded to a call of a theft of food from a closed business at 2701 NE 42 St. Nothing appeared to be taken per the business owner.

Sept. 14: Police responded to a suspicious incident at 3530 NE 26 Ave. and found a male subject extremely intoxicated who said he found the back door of a residence ajar. There were no signs of forced entry.
