Aug. 31: A bicycle was stolen from outside a residence at 283 SW 3 Ct.
Aug. 31: Two air-conditioning units were stolen from a home at 5351 NE 10 Ave.
Aug. 31: A vehicle was stolen from 4791 N. Dixie Hwy.
Aug. 31: Two vans parked at Coral Manor Apartments at 112 SE 10 St. were broken into. Five concrete saws and one compactor were stolen for a total estimated loss of $7,500.
Deerfield Beach – District 4
Sept. 11: An unknown suspect fraudulently opened an account at JP Morgan Chase Bank for $13,993.06 in the name of the victim and withdrew the same amount.
Sept. 11: A suspect entered an unlocked driver’s door at 290 Lock Rd. and stole unknown items.
Sept. 12: A bicycle was stolen from the front lawn at 23 Centennial Ct. in the Independence Bay development.
Sept. 13: Suspect smashed rear passenger side window of a car and removed the victim’s purse which was sitting on the car seat in the Shoppes of Hillsboro shopping center, 2247 W. Hillsboro Blvd.

Aug. 11: Someone broke a window pane at a dock house at 2831 Marina Circle. The damage was $50.
Aug. 12: Someone entered two vehicles in a driveway at 4901 NE 27 Terr. and rummaged through the interiors. Nothing appeared to be taken.
Aug. 15: Two female subjects were observed taking $39.42 in items from a store at 3700 N. Federal Hwy. They were apprehended outside the store.

August 10: Three lottery tickets and $10 in loose change were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway at 4410 block of NE 28 Ave.
August 11: Someone stole a briefcase valued at $300 and wallet valued at $70 from an unlocked vehicle during the night at 4231 NE 23 Ave. A credit card was used the following day.
August 15: Someone broke into a vehicle at 2211 NE 29 St. by smashing out a window. A MacBook Pro computer and case valued at $2,050 were stolen. Two subjects were seen looking into vehicles earlier in the day.
August 24: A woman reported her car stolen at 551 SW 12 Ct.
August 24: Family Dollar store at 924 S. Federal Hwy. reported that one woman and two men working together stole $53.50 worth of merchandise.
August 24: A victim of a robbery returned home at 3901 NW 9 Ave. and found that a television had been stolen.
August 26: A woman was observed stealing food from Publix at 3740 W. Hillsboro Blvd.

August 18: A man reported that his front right tire and rear right tire had been slashed at 35 SE 9 Ave.
August 19: Three men were observed stealing bottles of alcohol from Walgreens Liquor Store at 1041 E. Hillsboro Blvd.
August 19: An A/C diagnostic machine was stolen from a mechanic’s shop located in a building at 29 SE 10 St.

August 9: Four checks amounting to $10,000 were fraudulently cashed at 3600 N. Federal Hwy. The victim is unsure how the subjects obtained the account number.

August 20 Criminal mischief took place in The Waterways at 1600 Waterways Blvd., Deerfield Beach. Security guard observed a vehicle parked at the clubhouse with a smashed rear window. The security guard was unable to determine if there were any items missing from inside.
August 20 Criminal Mischief occurred in Deer Pointe at 433 NW 36 Ave., Deerfield Beach. An unknown suspect broke a window on a vacant house.

August 5 A woman reported being robbed at gunpoint by a man she recognized as a customer. The incident occurred at 519 E. Sample Rd.
August 5 A woman reported she planted an American flag and two no-smoking signs by a community pool at 3930 Crystal Lake Dr. and they were stolen.

August 1 Someone attempted to get medication with a fraudulent prescription at a store located at 3700 N. Federal Hwy.
August 2 An officer observed a female subject walking around a residence at 2160 NE 36 St. and carrying boxes from a residence.
August 2 The victim left her cell phone on top of a cooler outside 2110 NE 41 St. and went to a nearby store. When she returned, the phone was missing. Loss was $170.

July 27 A woman was observed stealing $632.81 worth of Crest White Strip products from Super Target at 3599 W. Hillsboro Blvd.
July 27 It was reported that three bicycles were stolen from 216 SW 1 Court.
July 27 Biondo’s Pizza at 606 S. Federal Hwy. was broken into and a cash register was stolen.
DEERFIELD – District 4
August 6 Conveyance burglary took place in Deerfield Mall at 3984 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach. The victim advised BSO that unknown suspect(s) smashed the front passenger window of her vehicle and stole a Victoria’s Secret bag containing makeup and clothing that was on sitting on the seat.
August 6 Theft took place at Powerline Industrial Park, 3390 SW 15 St., Deerfield Beach. Person reported that an ex-employee was caught on video stealing several large boxes containing hair irons valued at $6,000 from the business. $10,000 in currency is also missing.
August 6 Criminal mischief was reported at Powerline Industrial Park at 3191 SW 11 St., Deerfield Beach. Unknown subject tagged Building 500 with graffiti. The property owner advised BSO that this was the second occurrence this year.

July 20 A subject believes a wallet was stolen from her purse in a cart while she was shopping at 3780 N. Federal Hwy. The wallet contained credit cards, debit cards, an insurance card, $60 in cash and a driver’s license.
July 20 The victim returned home from a six-day vacation to discover a 50-in. TV and jewelry valued at $4,050 was stolen from the residence at 2211 NE 46 St. The victim believes the pool boy may have been involved.

July 15 Burglary conveyance took place in Waterford Homes at 2853 SW 15 St., Deerfield Beach. Victim was parked in front of the residence and had approximately $7,000 in music equipment taken from his vehicle.
July 16 Theft of motor vehicle parts occurred in Deer Run at 251 SW 34 Ave., Deerfield Beach. Tag was stolen overnight.
July 22 Check fraud was reported in Deerfield Mall at 3668 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach.

July 6 A subject believes a wallet was taken from her purse while she was shopping at 3780 N. Federal Hwy. She said a female distracted her and two other females likely committed the crime. The wallet contained credit cards, an AARP card and a driver’s license.
July 6 A subject placed several handfuls of makeup into a basket at a store at 3700 N. Federal Hwy. and left without paying for it.
July 9 The victim said a Maytag washer/drier unit was stolen by a former tenant when they moved out of the residence located at 2381 NE 24 St. Loss was $1,200.

July 13 A women working at a Sprint store at 29 S. Federal Hwy. reported that a man stole a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone from a display case. He escaped in a car. While in the process of escaping, he backed into another car and then left the parking lot.
July 13 A business at 3650 SW 10 St. was broken into and a meter room was entered. The suspect stole copper wire from the meter room and then entered the second floor and stole two stationary bikes.
July 15 Someone entered a patio area of a home at 917 SE 16 St. and attempted to steal patio furniture.

July 11 Auto theft occurred in Riverglen at 577 NW 48 Ave., Deerfield Beach. Victim’s vehicle, 2006 white, 2-door Acura RSX was stolen from driveway of home.
July 15 Burglary conveyance took place in Waterford Homes at 2730 SW 15 St., Deerfield Beach. Unknown subjects took tools from the vehicle.

June 30 A male subject was observed taking a package of underwear from a shelf and leaving the store at 3722 N. Federal Hwy. without paying for it. The merchandise was valued at $19.99. Subject was apprehended outside the store.
June 30 A kayak and paddles were stolen from a dock at the rear of an apartment complex at 2500 NE 36 St. Loss were $100.
July 2 A subject purchased a vehicle from a resident at 3050 NE 48 St. and left a small deposit. The victim said the subject never paid the remainder of what was owed and now the subject has disappeared. When police went to the subject’s residence, they found he had been evicted a month earlier and had a history of fraud.

July 6 A woman reported that someone entered her car parked at 1310 S. Federal Hwy. and stole a purse with $22 and credit cards.
July 6 A woman was issued a notice to appear in court after stealing $104 in merchandise from Bealls at 1079 S. Federal Hwy.
July 7 A man was arrested and charged with stealing $176.14 worth of merchandise from Home Depot at 60 SW 12 Ave.

July 10 Burglary conveyance took place in Trail Plaza, 2151 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach. Victim’s vehicle was entered into while he was at an overnight sleep study. A laptop was taken. There was no forced entry.
July 10 Property damage was reported in Deer Creek at 2527 Deer Creek Lakes Dr., Deerfield Beach. Unknown person(s) knocked down a street sign in Deer Creek overnight.
July 11 Burglary conveyance occurred at Deerfield Mall, 3748 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach, FL. The rear passenger window was smashed on the vehicle.
July 11 Criminal mischief took place at Deerfield Mall, 3980 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach, FL. Victim’s car was vandalized.

July 3 Theft – Retail/Shoplifting took place in Deerfield Mall, 3740 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach. Subject walked out of Publix and bypassed all points of sale without paying for the merchandise.
July 3 Theft – Retail/Shoplifting occurred at the Super Target, 3599 W. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach. Suspects stole over $1,000 worth of gaming controllers from Target.
July 3 Information was reported in Deer Creek at 576 Deer Creek Via Verona, Deerfield Beach about Deer Creek Country Club’s website being hacked into.

June 19 The victim was shopping at a CVS at 3580 N. Federal Hwy. and said someone stole her purse containing her driver’s license, $100 in currency and credit card from the front passenger side seat.
June 21 The victim lost her wallet while she was shopping at 3772 N. Federal Hwy. She made a purchase at a nearby store and then realized she didn’t have it. It contained five credit cards, a driver’s license and a Social Security card.
June 21 The victim returned home after running errands and, moments later, a neighbor found the car across in their front yard at 4920 NE 27 Ave. It is not known how the car got there.
